In the past only State design institutes and organizations have been engaged in development of project and estimate documentation for wells building. Such a situation, especially in the absence of competition, did not contribute to constant projecting quality increase and wells construction reliability, water-descent as well as water supply and sewerage systems. However, when Ukraine gained its independence and moved on market economy, private design organization obtained favorable conditions to work on a competitive base. The notion of competition brought positive changes into situation related to projecting and construction of wells and water pipelines.
